How to quickly increase your salary as an employee

Premise: This post is based on the Italian labor market.

I want to talk to you from the point of view of those who really work in the industry (I am a mechanical engineer) of the problem of low pay in our category but in general of Italian technicians. 

First of all, from my experience I show you the fastest way to make a career, increase your skills and above all your compensation, especially for those who are a junior profile (I mean junior profile less than 3 years of continuous work).

It's trivial but if we wait for the company which we are working  increases our wages we die of old age:
   
Always try to change jobs 

Forget about the quality of the work environment, the loyalty, the investments on you, if there are two years in which you see yourself blocked with the same Gross annual income: Change job. But to do this we must put ourselves in the conditions to do it:     

Always update Linkedin, Monster, Infojob etc. 

But most of all:   
  
Always support job interviews with a cadence that you decide. 

If you are afraid of having a resume with too many job changes then you deserve the salary you have, it's bullshit from human resources, these things in the famous abroad do not exist. 

If they offer you a counterproposal, forget it, why have not they given it before? 

I assure you that staff costs affect the Italian companies as little as possible. 

Italian companies could choose to grow, innovate, expand or save on staff, what did they choose? 
If instead you live in these areas of Italy:


Consider seriously to emigrate, if possible if you do not have family problems, abroad. 

If you are a victim of Traineeships, Italian State Program ''GaranziaGiovani'', temporary contracts, you earn indicatively less than 1500 € after 3 years of work, you have less than 35 years seriously evaluate the thing. 
Start studying the language of your country of interest in Italy, do not go to the adventure. 

You can reach my own conclusions working in the Italian industry, taking as an example a young engineer from the south could not exceed 1500 € even after 3 years of work.  

For what? 

Do not be intimidated by trade unionists, entrepreneurs and human resources, they make their interest not that of the worker, if you decide to change jobs do it. 

Remember that especially in Southern Italy who does the Human Resource is a cheat who does not even know what the real industry is.

I could go on with dozens of examples of this kind of exploitation towards young engineers all over South Italy. 

Mine is the point of view of who is in the trenches, many things will coincide with what the various recruiter write and so on. on books and lectures etc. Etc., Others will have experienced on your skin that feeling that you have when you see for the first time a rectal exploration: the problem that the finger is our salary and the ass is ours.
